We are now World Animal Protection!

| Thank you so much for supporting us as together we work to bring an end to animal suffering. Today, we are entering an exciting new chapter in our history together. Today, WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals) becomes World Animal Protection.While our name has changed, our focus has not — it remains firmly fixed on our work with animals. We have always been — and will always be — about protecting the world’s animals.
Every day, and in every country, millions of animals are suffering. The more people we can reach and inspire, the more animals we can protect. That is why we needed our name to be clear, distinct and memorable. Our new name puts us in a much stronger position to help animals. To change their lives for the better. To move the world to protect them.
