Hey ,
Hey friend,
Can I be honest with you for a second?
I’ve been doing this health and wellness thing for over 45 years now—yep, I said it—and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
You’re not tired because you’re lazy.
You’re tired because your house, your habits, and your hormones are
working against you.
So before you set another resolution that’ll fizzle out by February, let’s do something different this year. Let’s actually set you up to WIN.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. Small, sustainable, Spirit-led changes that compound into something extraordinary. That’s the Abundantly Well way.
Let’s break it down…
• FITNESS: Move Like You Mean It
Here’s your permission slip to stop killing yourself at the gym.
I know, I know —every January we’re told to go harder, faster, more intense. After decades of watching women burn out by Valentine’s Day:
consistency beats intensity every single time.
Your 2025 Fitness Focus:
• Move your body 20-30 minutes daily. That’s it. Walk, stretch, dance in your
kitchen—whatever lights you up.
• Strength train 2-3x per week. Ladies, we NEED muscle as we age. It’s non-
negotiable for bone health, metabolism, and feeling like a total boss.
• Prioritize recovery. Sleep, infrared sauna, stretching—your body heals when you rest, not when you grind.
The goal isn’t to look like you did at 25. The goal is to feel INCREDIBLE at whatever age you are right now.
• NUTRITION: Eat Clean Think Clear
I’m not here to give you another diet. I’m here to give you your life back.
When you eat foods sprayed with glyphosate, loaded with dyes, or swimming in
preservatives, your body doesn’t just get sick—your BRAIN gets foggy. Your hormones get confused. Your energy tanks.
Simple swaps that change everything:
• Go organic when you can. Especially the Dirty Dozen (strawberries, spinach,
apples—Google it!).
• Eat more protein, less plastic. Ditch the processed junk wrapped in packaging and fuel your body with real, whole foods.
• Hydrate like your life depends on it. Filtered water—half your body weight in
ounces daily.
• Learn to hunt and live off the land. There’s something powerful about knowing
where your food comes from. Wild game is organic, free-range, and as clean as it gets.
• Grow a garden. Even a few herbs on your windowsill or tomatoes on your patio.
You’ll eat better, save money, and connect with God’s creation in the process.
Remember: Food is information for your cells. What message are you sending?
• ENVIRONMENT: Is Your House Making You Sick?
Okay, this one is personal. Really personal.
Toxic mold nearly destroyed my health—and my family’s. It’s a silent epidemic that doctors are barely trained to recognize. If you’re doing everything right and still feel terrible? Your home might be the culprit.
Warning signs of a toxic home:
• Chronic fatigue that won’t quit
• Brain fog and memory issues
• Respiratory problems or sinus infections
• Headaches, especially at home
• Symptoms that improve when you travel
• Kids struggling with focus, mood swings, or mystery symptoms
Mold hides behind walls, under floors, in HVAC systems. You can’t always see it—but your body feels it.
I wrote an entire book about this because I don’t want anyone else to suffer like we did.If any of this resonates, please check out Killer House for the full story, warning signs, and recovery roadmap.
Your health is only as good as the environment you live in.
• MINDSET: Guard Your Thoughts Like Gold
« As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. » (Proverbs 23:7)
This isn’t woo-woo. This is Biblical truth backed by neuroscience. Your thoughts create chemical reactions in your body. Anxiety floods you with cortisol. Gratitude releases dopamine and serotonin.
This year, commit to:
• Starting each day with gratitude. Before your feet hit the floor, thank God for
three specific things.
• Taking thoughts captive. When negative self-talk shows up, kick it out. Literally
say « STOP » and replace it with truth.
• Limiting toxic inputs. The news, social media drama, energy vampires… guard
what enters your mind.
• Speaking life over yourself. « I am strong. I am capable. I am loved. I am
abundantly well. »
You can’t control everything that happens to you. But you CAN control the story you tell yourself about it.
• ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Build Something That Matters
Whether you’re running a business, a side hustle, or a household—you’re an
entrepreneur. And here’s what I’ve learned after building multiple income streams:
The best businesses solve real problems for real people.
Your 2026 entrepreneur mindset:
• Monetize your expertise. You know things other people need to know. Package it. Teach it. Share it.
• Delegate ruthlessly. Your time is worth more than admin tasks. Hire help. Use
systems. Protect your creative energy.
• Build relationships, not just transactions. People do business with people they trust.
• Rest is productive. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Burnout helps no one.
God gave you gifts for a reason. Use them. Scale them. Steward them well.
• PHILANTHROPY: Give More Than You Take
Here’s the secret nobody talks about: Generosity is the fastest path to abundance.
When you give—your time, your resources, your talent—something shifts in your spirit.
You stop operating from scarcity and start living from overflow.
Ways to give this year:
• Tithe faithfully. Trust God with your first 10%. Watch what happens.
• Mentor someone. Your experience is someone else’s breakthrough.
• Support causes that align with your values. Faith-based organizations, veterans, children, conservation—find YOUR thing.
• Be generous with encouragement. A kind word costs nothing and can change
someone’s entire day.
« Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. » (Luke 6:38)
•Your Abundantly Well Action Plan
Don’t try to overhaul your entire life by Monday. Pick ONE area above and focus there this month. Master it. Then add another.
That’s how lasting transformation happens—one faithful step at a time.
If you want the full roadmap for reclaiming your health, home, and happiness,
everything I’ve learned over 45+ years is waiting for you in Abundantly Well and Killer House. No gatekeeping—just the truth.
Here’s to a 2026 where you’re not just surviving… you’re thriving.
With so much love and faith in YOU,
