CORPORAL PUNISHMENT

Death Metal from France for fans of SUFFOCATION, DEATH, MORBID ANGEL

 

CORPORAL PUNISHMENT is a death metal band from Toulouse which was formed in 2019. The main influences of the band are among others Morbid Angel (“Covenant” period), Death (“Human” period), Suffocation (“Pierced from within” period).

In December 2022 the band recorded the EP “The New Plague” at the Rimshot studio in Toulouse. On April 20, 2023, the self-produced EP “The New Plague” was released on CD format in a crystal case.

Between May and July 2024 the group recorded his first album “Inverted Demise” at the Silent Ruins studio near Toulouse. The mastering of this one is done at the same studio in August 2024.

In March 2025, the LP “Inverted Demise” will be released in collaboration with the M&O Music label.

Progressive Metalcore inspired by Maloya; since Metal relieves souls, let’s make them dance!

  The Lone Survivors project was born in 2016.. After 2 years of composition and a change of drummer (entry of Jérémy Piau), the team delivers « Ground Zero » a rich concept album which will be unanimously appreciated. It was Matthieu Romarin from Uneven Structure who composed and recorded the vocals on this opus. 

The album was released shortly before covid.

In 2022, Matthieu joined Psykup, the position was then taken over by Arthur Rohou (Smash it Combo). Samuel will return to live at the meeting. The band then went on tour for 10 dates across 9 countries in Eastern Europe with the new singer and only one guitar.

 In 2024, it’s Pierre Vaillant’s turn to join the adventure as a guitarist composer. The band  will then release the first Ep of this new formation “RUN 1” and will do a few dates in France and abroad, notably in support of Orphaned Land on the « An Heaven You May Create » tour.

It is the love of the stage that binds the 5 musicians. Today they are paving their way with this progressive metalcore inspired by Maloya. Since the metal relieves souls, let’s make them dance! The pieces draw on different influences such as Djent, progressive Metal, Stoner or Death Metal.

HEAVY PROG for fans of MASTODON & TOOL

  Formed by a mutual admiration for the universe and sounds of progressive metal and alt-rock, WIRE EDGE met in Paris in 2019 around a collection of chiseled two-guitar riffs, dark and elegant vocals and a rhythm section combining complexity and power. It set the sound of their first self-produced album, released in 2020: « WORKHORSE EMPIRE ».

 

Since then, a new EP has been patiently developed, with no other constraints than constant research and the desire to deepen their soundscapes: SALT OF THE EARTH, which will be released at the end of 2024 under the M&O Music label.

 

Each track reveals the hard work put into the creative process, the attention to detail and harmony, as well as the raw energy that only metal can deliver.

TEMP: Tribal Engine for Metal Players

Composition band from France in a Rock/Metal/Fusion style, affirmed texts in French and zero limits confirmed. After 2 EPs, the first in 2020 and the second in 2021, the band wants to see more for his growing audience at each of his live shows.

In 2023, the band reunited in creative mode and began composing a new album. All has been recorded at LTP Studio with Edgard Chevalier on his head. First visual announced, release date also, everything starts on November 8 for «Affres de paix» the new opus of T.E.M.P. 

The engine is running, nothing will stop it.

The values that made Hard Rock from the 80’s! 

  The band began its tribulations “rock ‘n roll” in 2012, under the leadership of members of Ellipsis and Big Balls! They released 2 albums: Six Six Sex in 2011 and Sexy Woman Of The Devil in 2016!

They did a lot of concerts including with Nashville Pussy, Crucified Barbara, Shakra, Blaze Bayley, Killers, Sepultura, Beasto Blanco, Deathless Legacy, Vulcan, ADX… The album Six Six Sex was one of the best sales of EMP mail order in 2012!

The band is now preparing a new album: « Diablesse Of Revolution », an album which will be released on September 27, 2024! 

Produced and mixed in Sweden by Staffan Karlsson who mixed or produced in particular: Meshuggah, Spiritual Beggars, Arch Enemy, Grand Magus, Firewind, Rising Steel…. 

The latter not only reveals a sound Dantesque but a unique personality in the world of hard rock n roll! While waiting for the concerts to fall again one after the other: festivals and first parts. The Whisky Of Blood with Jess, their sexy dancer, are ready to ignite the concert hall boards with their rock ‘n roll and barge show!!!

  Muhūrta est un groupe qui mêle guitare saturée, belles ballades acoustiques, et phrases de sitars harmonieuses dans un schéma traditionnellement indien.

Créé par Pierre Selva et Matthieu Géhin, deux élèves du maître de sitar Michel Guay, ces deux fans de gros sons proposent un nouvel univers au Metal.

Muhūrta propose un mélange subtil des genres en passant par le death, le thrash, le doom et le stoner.
