The blues run deep in Big Pete Pearson’s bones. Performing since he was nine years old, the now 75 year old musician has worked with some of the greats, ranging from BB King, Ray Charles, Muddy Waters, Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Etta James, Buddy Guy, and more.
Having written and performed four albums before, his newest
Release, Choose is his first with famed Italian band,
The Gamblers. It reflects a melding of the above
influences into a style all his own. “They were
masters,” says Big Pete. “I concentrated on
these guys and I learned all I could.”
