Dear Eagle Rocker, |
8 August 2011 |
It’s August already. How does that happen? Every year, you look away for a second, and it’s more than half way to the next one.
We’ve had some cracking releases so far this year, and got even more to come. Festival season is still in full flow, and if I ever get released from Eagle Towers I might be able to go to one. Fingers crossed! |

Connect with Eagle Rock |
You can come and join in with us in loads of places. There’s a whole load of different things we do online.
There’s a Facebook page, where you can talk to us and comment on the films we make directly. I do listen to what you’re saying, and join in the conversations, so get involved here.
Twitter is obviously a good place for a conversation, and I post loads of stuff here. A lot of this will just be chat, so don’t expect pure sales talk!

Live at Montreux CDs |
We are releasing some incredible audio from the Montreux Jazz Festival archives. There is something for everyone here – from the classic Rock ‘n’ Roll of Status Quo, to the blues of Canned Heat, and the jazz of Nina Simone.
Rounded off by the funk of Average White Band and the blistering rock of Rockpile, this really is a fantastic selection of music from Montreux.

Counting Crows – August And Everything After – Live At Town Hall |
Counting Crows’ debut album “August And Everything After” was released in late 1993 and went on to sell over 7 million copies in America. In the UK it charted at No.16 and has sold over 400,000 copies. On 18 September 2007, the band performed the complete album live at Town Hall in New York City.
We are releasing this concert on DVD, Blu-Ray and CD. This is the first live film of Counting Crows, and shows what incredible live performers they truly are.
